As the curve in the number of positive detections of Covid-19 continues to rise, it is being advised that everyone should start keeping a diary of all the places they visit and a list of all the people they have physical contact with on a daily basis.
If this is taken on board, it would reduce the workload of those working tirelessly on the job of Contact Tracing in the weeks ahead.
